Here and Now Psychotherapy Counselling Centre

We opened in 2010 and approved NGO.
We provide professional counselling service to those who decide to help themselves and want to make a better life.
We look at a holistic healthy in physical, mental and spiritual for each person.
We managed over 1000 counselling hours since 2010.
We do not see our clients as a problem, instead we see how he or she reacts to the problem is the issue to deal with.
Our professional team includes Clinic Psychologist, pastor, experience counsellor and career mentor.

*Each section is 1 to 1.5 hour. Usually, 6 sections for one phase of counselling.

In our experience, client’s problem will improve gradually if they can increase self- awareness.

If medication is needed, we will refer client to our close medical doctor and psychiatrist.

We offer special discount to those low-income family and individual.

Life is a journey and very short.
